Morton Ranch subdivision was built in 2006 it has 748 homes. Right next to the subdivision are the wonderful Katy ISD schools: the Morton Ranch campuses, elementary, junior high and high school. Morton Ranch subdivision is very close to the shopping and entertainment of the city, but far enough away not to have the busy sounds of traffic. We have easy access to I-10 and hwy 99 which are  less than 10 minutes away.

We have a large pond to enjoy a walk around, like most of our neighbors do. Your children will love our play grounds.  We have two, a large one located beside the pool and another located in the front of the subdivision perfect for smaller children. Yes, we have a pool and a splash pad where the children can play and families can swim during the summer months.

We enjoy having family oriented events like our annual pool opening party, dive in movie, and national night out. We look forward to making memories with you. We also support our local schools (Morton Ranch Elementary, Morton Ranch Junior high, and Morton Ranch High school) and have events with them. All three schools are located directly south of the neighborhood. The high school has plays and craft sales for all to enjoy.
